Being One
1/6/2007
Has there been malice, animosity, and division because some have not been “one” with these other brothers? Haven’t they created that separation themselves?
If they had been “one with you” in life and had been neglected in the discussion about our coming, then that would have been terrible, if they had been one. But they really haven’t been “one,” have they? I’m asking you, from your observations, have they been one—in terms of the Spirit and daily life—for the last six months or year? If they have been, then that neglect would be terrible. But if they’ve chosen not to be one, then it doesn’t make any sense that they would think they should be one now when they weren’t one last week.
Really, the work that needed to be done to be “one” was six months ago, three months ago, a month ago. It didn’t really have anything to do with our coming. You can’t pretend that they’re one just because we’re here. They should have been one with the other brothers and solved the problems, so that we could be one today. I would LOVE for them to be here.
Yes! We agree and understand what you are saying.
